Teagle Now Manufactures 10 & 12 cu.m. Spreaders at UK Factory

Teagle has introduced 2 new Rear Discharge Spreaders into the range of machinery which it manufactures at its’ factory near Truro in Cornwall.
The TITAN 10 and TITAN 12 are built to high standards of quality and design to ensure long life and superb spreading performance. Seams are sealed or welded, machines are shot blasted prior to painting and steel thicknesses are generous throughout.
The large diameter rear beaters, which incorporate spiral flights fitted with double ended hardened tips, give a wide and very fine spread pattern.
The sides have a tapered out top lip, which greatly enhances capacity, makes loading easier and keeps the sides cleaner.
The usual range of options and tyre sizes are available to enable Teagle to build machines to suit all needs.

Teagle Launches New Top Of The Range
The Tomahawk range of Bale Shredders and Silage Feeders has been extended by the addition of the 1005 and 1010 models. The new machines are based on a common chassis, which, with the tailgate down, is long enough and strong enough to hold two full size Hesston bales end to end.
The 1005 is based on standard height sides and a single cross beater, making it suitable as a general bedding machine with excellent baled silage capability. The 1005 has a capacity of 6 cubic metres of clamp silage.
The 1010 has high sides over its full length and is fitted with twin cross beaters. The extra height means that the machine can hold 4 Quadrant size bales or up to 9 cubic metres of clamp silage.
Both machines are designed very much with the international as well as the UK market in mind. The wide body is capable of handling 5ft. wide bales, commonly found in North America and Eastern Europe, as well as 6ft. diameter bales.

Dual Chop - New Knife Cassette

Serviceability of the Tomahawk Dual Chop range of straw shredders has been greatly improved by the introduction of a cassette system for mounting the knives.
The new blade carrying beam can be with-drawn through the side of the machine to enable blade maintenance to be carried out on the work-bench.
NEW DISC HARROW WITH RETRACTABLE SUBSOILER TINES
Teagle is marketing a new version of the Tulip Multidisc - the VARIO
The Vario has a set of hydraulically retractable subsoiler tines mounted between the two gangs of discs. The tines can be withdrawn from work from the tractor seat, enabling the machine to be used for deep cultivation of specific areas where necessary.

The hydraulic cylinders which lower the tines into work also provide a safety breakaway system in the event of the tines encountering a solid object.
The tines incorporate wings as standard to give improved shattering.
