Hardened spring steel blades rotate on hardened bushes to reduce likelihood of stone damage, and are mounted on spring steel blade holders.
For driveline protection a slip clutch is recommended when the machine is fitted to a tractor with either a braked or 'non-live' PTO.
A hydraulic ram is available as an option for easier offsetting in the field.
