Established in 1943 on the Teagle family farm in Blackwater, the Company has seen many changes over the years, and now, under the leadership of the third generation of the Teagle family, a focus on improvements in the working environment and culture make Teagle a local employer of choice.

Teagle is proud to employ over 150 staff on site with an average of 10 years service - including 2nd generation staff. Teagle also works closely with local Colleges and is now the biggest employer of Engineering Apprentices at Truro & Penwith College to ensure we are training and retaining the talent and experience for the future.
